I seek to tell the stories behind the clothes and help us gain a greater appreciation for old things, mostly things we wear. Did people really wear pyjamas on the beach? How did Claire McCardell get her start? How did women change the fashion landscape following WWII? Mostly I’ll be looking at labels and telling their stories, and offering up things from my collection centered on a theme (note - paid subscribers get first dibs on items for sale). If you’re familiar with me already, this will be a somewhat more organized counterpart to my Instagram feed, and a somewhat less in-depth but more broad and consistent version of my blog.
